My name is Melissa Lucas and I started my journey as a waitress at a small family diner called Schroeders Guest House back in 2006. Fast forward to the present day, Schroeders Guest House is now known as BlondZee's Guest House. I pinched and saved and scraped together everything I could to buy Schroeders Guest House and breathe new life into it as BlondZee's Guest House. My ultimate goal at that time was to still cater to the amazing patrons of Schroeders Guest House while adding new menu items and fixing up/redecorating the building.
Here at BlondZee's, we love our car community BlondZee is my car. BlondZee is a yellow 1969 Z28 Camaro and my dream car. I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase her while working for Schroeders Guest House.
BlondZee's is known for its ultra-safe patented glass garage. The glass garage is where customers can show off their pride and joy(vehicles only please) for an entire month. Interested customers are added to a list of other patrons anxiously waiting their turn to show off their rides. Once your vehicle's time to shine has arrived, you are indoctrinated into an elite club of BlondZee's rides of the month. Each patron who participates gets a free t-shirt that is exclusive to the club, their vehicle added to our calendar, and a drink and food special based on their vehicle. The glass garage is over-engineered and is built to showroom quality. To prove my faith in the glass garage being safe, I left BlondZee my 1969 Z28 Camaro in the glass garage for a month, where BlondZee officially became the first of many rides of the month.
We have two locations now. Since our Salem, Oregon location is doing so good we have decided to expand our offerings to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and opened BlondZee's Steak House! where a glass garage will be appearing shortly. This is not where the story of BlondZee's ends though, we are planning on expanding to Nevada next and we are hopeful more locations will be sure to come after that. Sink or swim, here we go!
